Fees & Insurance

Therapy should be an empowering, accessible experience where you feel supported, seen, and safe to grow at your own pace. I offer therapy services for adults who are ready to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move toward a more grounded version of their life. I offer both private-pay sessions and insurance options to meet a variety of needs.

I accept the following insurance plans through my partnership with Grow Therapy:

  • Humana - Medicare

  • Cigna

If you are using insurance, you can schedule directly through my Grow Therapy link.

Private-Pay Rates:

  • Individual Therapy Sessions (50 minutes): $160

I am EMDR-trained and specialize in trauma healing, emerging adult transitions, mind–body reconnection and supporting women and survivors as they reclaim their sense of self, purpose, and power.

Sliding Scale (Open Path Collective)

I offer a limited number of reduced-rate therapy slots through the Open Path Collective for clients who need financial flexibility. If cost is a barrier, you may check my availability on the Open Path directory

Coaching Services

Coaching is a future-focused, goal-oriented service designed to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and create the life you want. Coaching is not therapy and is not covered by insurance.

All coaching packages:

  • Include a customized growth plan

  • Must be used within 4 months

  • Are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice

Coaching Packages

  • 4-Session Coaching Package — $640

  • 8-Session Transformation Package — $1,200

Payment plans are available through Affirm and Klarna at checkout.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept HSA/FSA cards, debit/credit, and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

If you aren't sure which option is best for you, I’m happy to help you explore what fits your needs.
